Adopt a Highway Cleanup

COMA members are serious about giving back to our Central Oregon communities through both financial support and volunteer time.
In particular, COMA supports a number of other swimming oriented groups in our local communities including:
Special Olympians in their quest for gold in the pool! We help with both competitions and fundraising.
Our younger counterparts in the Bend Swim Club with sponsorship of their meets (and they help us with staffing our meets, too).
Funds go to the maintenance and upkeep of the scoreboard at the Juniper Swim & Fitness Center.
Funds also support various scholarship programs for swimmers of all ages in our communities.
Another popular community support program includes our "adopted" one-mile stretch of the Cascade Lakes highway, just south of the Inn of the Seventh Mountain Resort. Three times a year, Central Oregon Masters Aquatics volunteers pick up trash along side the highway. In May before the annual Pole Pedal Paddle, in July before the Cascade Lakes Swim Series and one final cleanup in the fall before the winter snows begin.
Thanks team for keeping our highway pristine!
