Please come visit us at any of our practices (listed on Pools & Locations) and get to know us! Once you've tried us out please consider becoming a member. Cost is only $20 per year.
COMA membership dollars support our own activities such as: the Cascade Lakes Swim Series & Festival, training equipment purchases, discounts on swim clinics, various social events, maintenance of our COMA website, and community support of other local aquatics oriented organizations.
To become a COMA member:
Click on this: COMA Online Membership Form and fill in the information. After clicking on the submit button you will be presented with an Online Registration Receipt. At this point, you can click on the Pay Membership with Paypal link and complete electronic payment (currently $20.00) with a credit card or debit to a paypal registered bank account. If you choose to pay by writing a check, print out this same receipt page and mail it along with your check ($20.00) to COMA, PO BOX 6953, Bend, OR 97708-6953. If you prefer, you may also download this pdf membership form, fill it out and mail it back along with your check.
COMA is a registered team with Oregon Masters Swimming (OMS), which in turn, is a registered club with United States Masters Swimming (USMS). In order to compete in sanctioned events (swim meets, open water events or postal swims), you will also need to join OMS/USMS.
Join USMS via the on-line registration at the USMS website. Or if you prefer to mail your application, fill out this form 2013 OMS/USMS Membership and return with payment to the Oregon Registrar (see form for details and mailing address).
